- Southam Town Centre Annual Benchmarking Report, and Year on Year Comparison Report
Volunteers from Southam First and Southam Civic Ideas Forum undertake a survey of the town every Spring which is then compiled into a report for year on year comparisons. These are public documents, and are a way of measuring the ‘health’ of the town centre in terms of its footfall, occupancy of retail units, car parking availability, markets, types of businesses, business confidence and why people use the town centre. The two reports are available to download here:
Previous years’ reports can be obtained by contacting Southam First: firstname.lastname@example.org
Southam Library provides the town with a welcoming and informative environment, with up to date computer equipment and loan services. The Library moved into brand new accommodation in Tithe Place on High Street in early 2016.
