This traditional annual event is a celebration of the talents and creativity of Southam folk. Anyone who lives in Southam, or is a member of a Southam community organisation or attends a Southam school or youth group is welcome to enter exhibits into the Show. A great opportunity for all generations to get together and showcase their skills by taking part in friendly competition.

Vegetables, Fruit, Flowers, Plants, Baking, Jams, Preserves, Handicrafts, Children’s Section. Entries cost 20p per class, Children’s Section is free to enter. Prizes and trophies for the winners of each section, plus ‘Best In Show’ trophy.
Show opens for exhibitors from 8.30am until 11am, judging is from 11am to 2pm, then the Show Hall is open to the general public for viewing, from 2pm until 5pm. Refreshments will be available, provided by Southam’s amazing WI ladies. There will be a Raffle with lots of lovely prizes, and finally an auction of donated produce after the prize-giving.

A copy of the Show Programme will be delivered to every Southam household with the July or August edition of the District Advertiser magazine.

Note to Exhibitors: to save time on Show day, if you are able to complete your entry form in advance, please hand it in to Southam Library or email a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org by 12 noon on the Thursday before the Show. Be sure to bring a copy of your entry form with you on Show day!
